Welcome, hello, hi! After being active on social media for so long I started to become concerned that I wasn't actually living my life. I wasn't present in the moment - always concerned about capturing it on camera. This started to eat away at me and I had to take a step back and really think about how I wanted to use my voice.
This took me a very lonnnnnnnng time. I stopped posting and even looking into my fitness career for over a year. I had a hard time with quarantine and the state of the world at the moment, I just felt like I didn't have a whole lot to say that was positive. After what I what I considered to be rock bottom for my confidence (I'm sure I will get more into that at another time), I decided to get back into the world of personal training and teaching group fitness classes - teaching at a gym and now I am refuelled with passion.
I want to take this opportunity to share what I hope for this blog to be. I want to use my training and certification to provide simple workouts and understanding of what health and fitness is. How your body works and how to make your workouts work for you. Fitness isn't a one side fits all. You have to find what works for you!
