MEG'S STORY
As a child I was always always active, never thin. I played sports, I could workout, I was still judged and treated differently because of my weight. As I got older I used working out as a coping mechanism for my mental health. I started viewing health holistically. I became a spin instructor, a personal trainer and now work as a group fitness instructor. I love my job, and I am still NOT thin. I vow to try and change the way health looks.
