20 Min Full Body Workout

You ever have those days where it feels like there isn't enough time in the day to get everything that you need to done? Of course you have because you're human. One of the things that I never neglect to do is workout. After my morning routine it is the first thing I do because it gets my mind set for the day and then I feel great long after I worked out!


Here is a 20 min workout for those who need a quick workout in a time crunch that requires NO equipment.


Ps. Don't forget to warm up!





Round 1: 1 min on, 25 sec rest.

  1. Shuffle right + 4 Jumping Jacks, shuffle left + 4 Jumping jacks

  2. Burpee + 2 pushups

  3. Leg Raises

*Complete 2x. Rest for 30 Seconds between each round.


Round 2: 1 min on, 25 sec rest.

  1. 4 High knees + 4 skaters

  2. Tricep dips (on bench or floor)

  3. Plank jacks

*Complete 2x Rest for 30 seconds between each round.



Now go out and enjoy your day!
